Casa Eden

Casa Eden is located on the most famous street in San Miguel - Aldama! You walk out your door, and you are a two-minute walk from the Jardin (main square). This four-bedroom four-bath house with two half bathrooms was renovated and finished in the summer of 2022. 

Painted yellow, the house is like a ray of sunshine - fun, family-friendly and comfortable! The house gets so much light which gives it a warm and inviting feel. As you enter Casa Eden you have the first bedroom on the right with two Queen beds, an ensuite bathroom, and closets. There is a half bathroom on the right and a washer and dryer for the first floor. 

As you keep walking, you notice the entry courtyard where the house is centered around. There is a fountain on this level which adds to the ambiance of the house. The living room TV room opens to this courtyard should you want to enjoy an indoor-outdoor vibe. 

The kitchen and dining room connect you to the back of the house, where you will find bedroom number two with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, double sinks, and a shower. This bedroom opens to another terrace that is also off the kitchen. This terrace has a dining table and a little sitting area. As you walk up the stairs there, you will find the pool that can be heated - four lounge chairs and a half bathroom. 

If you walk back through the house, you go up to the second floor, where you will find the principal bedroom, bathroom and seating area. The principal bedroom has a king bed, and the bathroom has a footed bathtub and separate shower with double sinks. Off the seating room for the principal bedroom, you will find another washer/dryer unit. 

The fourth bedroom is just down the breezeway - it has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom number four has a Queen bed and Parroquia views when you open the curtains. When you exit this room you will venture onto the roof top terrace where you will find a comfortable seating area - the most amazing views. The third-floor terrace has banquet seating and a firepit. 

This house is great for a family, which is sometimes hard to find in Centro. AC/Heat split units are in each bedroom, so the house is comfortable all year round. 

The maid is there 5 days a week, Monday - Friday 9-2. 
The pool is maintained one time a week
The pool can be heated for a charge. Please ask Premier for the rate. 

There is purified water throughout the house.
