Casa Tela

Casa Tela is a 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom house that was renovated completely and finished in 2017. The house is on one of the best streets in San Miguel. This house is fantastic for a family. The first floor has all your living spaces you walk in the front door and the living room and dining room combo are on your right. If you look straight ahead as you walk in you have a courtyard with fountain and outdoor sitting area that is covered with a fireplace. The kitchen is off the living room dining room, where you will find everything you need to prepare meals if you want too or just hang out as there is a large kitchen island. 

The media room is next to the outdoor sala and there is a master suite that sits on it's own above the media room. This bedroom  has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. 

The second floor of the main house is where the rest of the bedrooms are located. There is a master suite with ensuite bathroom and a nice walk-in closet. This bedroom has a king bed.
The second bedroom has twin beds that can also be put together to make a king. It has an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has two Queen size beds again with ensuite bathroom. 

The third level of the house has some fun features, for example, a pizza oven with another rooftop indoor dining table and bar area - great place to entertain. Then you have a fantastic rooftop terrace with hot tub and views of the Parroquia. Come and enjoy this house for yourself...bring the family too! ;) 

There is a maid 5 1/2 days a week. Monday - Friday 9-3 and Saturday 9-12
