HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations requests can be made online 24 hours a day. Once your reservation is confirmed by an agent, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with all the payment details, contract and house information. HE RESERVATION RENTAL DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE ACCORDING TO THE
FOLLOWING BREAKDOWN: RESERVATIONS THAT ARE CANCELED 90 DAYS PRIOR TO TENANT S ARRIVAL
DATE, PREMIER WILL GIVE TO THE TENANT A REFUND OF ALL DEPOSITS PAID FOR THE RENTAL
CONTRACT LESS $200USD PROCESSING FEE. IF TENANT CANCELS WITHIN 90 DAYS OF ARRIVAL ALL
PAYMENTS PAID UP TO THE CANCELLATION DATE ARE NON REFUNDABLE EXCEPT THE REFUNDABLE
DAMAGE DEPOSIT - IF THAT AMOUNT HAS BEEN PAID IT WILL BE REFUNDED. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST
BE MADE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL. EARLY DEPARTURES FORFEIT ANY REFUNDS. Please note that if you are renting Casa Cariño or Casa Hyder the cancellation is 180 days prior to arrival date and $1000usd processing fee.
**If you have been approved for a less than a week rental rate in houses other than Casa Carino or Casa Hyder - then the rental deposit is non refundable no matter how far in advance the cancellation. We suggest you buy travel insurance. Ask up for options.
CAN YOU ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION?
Yes, absolutely we can arrange your transportation from Queretaro, Leon, or Mexico City. Please ask your agent for costs and car information. We prefer our clients use our transportation services, because we are in constant contact with our drivers and they keep us informed of your journey to the house, etc. Please contact [email protected] to book your service and give you rates.
DO I NEED A CAR IN SAN MIGUEL:
No, you do not need a car here, unless you are staying outside of centro. Taxis and Ubers are always around and easy to find. Executive taxis are around town too - and they are marked with permit numbers on the outside and trunk of their cars. Parking is difficult and it's easier to walk or take a taxi when you are here for short vacation stays.
ARE THERE HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES AVAILABLE IN THE HOUSES:
Each house has maid service. The frequency of the service is different for each house/condo/apartment. Please see the individual property descriptions for the Maid service schedules. Bigger homes over 4 bedrooms have more staff.
WHAT DOES REQUIRED FEE MEAN ON REQUEST QUOTE:
The required fee listed when you get a quote on a property means Refundable Damage Deposit, so this is returned if there are no damages in the house after your stay.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Please note that if we do not have your special requests within 72 hours of your arrival, then we can not guarantee their delivery.

HOUSE KEYS:
Upon departure, please make sure you leave ALL the sets of keys at the house before leaving, as there is a $100.00 USD charge for each key not returned on departure.

If any incidents happen during your stay please inform us as soon as you notice them either by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling our office.
