The main house includes three bedrooms and several outdoor terraces, some of which offer views of the Parroquia. The first-floor bedroom is equipped with a king bed and ensuite bathroom.  There are two additional bedrooms that are located on the second floor. The second level of the main house has Bedroom #2, which has twin beds and ensuite bathroom. When you walk out of the bedroom #2 you cross an open passage way and covered seating area and you enter into Bedroom #3. This is a principal bedroom suite with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, separate TV seating room, and outdoor terrace.

There is a rooftop terrace on the main house with views of the Parroquia - great place to enjoy sunset cocktails. 

As you meander back down the stairs from the second floor walk through the garden doors to main attraction of the property..the garden area. 
The stunning garden was designed by local landscape expert Timoteo Wachter, features mature foliage, Zen water elements, and stone pathways leading to a tranquil gazebo. Toward the back of the property, you will find a refreshing plunge pool with a cascading waterfall and various outdoor seating areas.

This area of the property also houses a private casita (guest house) with two additional bedrooms. The principal suite Bedroom #4 is on the first floor of the casita includes a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a private patio, and a minibar. A half-bath is conveniently located off the patio to serve as a pool bathroom. And finally Bedroom #5 is located on the third floor of the casita; while it is the most intimate room, it offers spectacular views and includes a king bed with an ensuite bathroom.

For your comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with AC split units.
