Casa La Vida Brinca

Casa La Vida Brinca is a 7 bedroom home on the border of Centro and Prolongacion Aldama. The house is called Casa La Vida Brinca because life jumps.  The house is in two sections, so we will refer to House 1 and House 2 in the description. The first part of House 1 with a separate entry from House number 2 has 3 bedrooms - it's a complete house with kitchen, living room, card room, bedroom on the first floor (Queen bed) and outdoor living room with fireplace. You walk down the stairs to the ground level and you will have a TV room with bar. The TV room has a sectional sofa - great room for watching football games and hanging out with your friends. Off of the TV room is a room with twin beds - it has an ensuite bathroom. There is another second stair case off this bedroom that will take you back up to the main level, so you have two access staircases to this room - one through the TV room and the other off the bedroom itself. 

Once back on the main level you can go up a second set of stairs by the entry of the house, where you will also find a half bathroom for guests to you use. The second level of the house is where the main bedroom is located with a King size bed. There is a full bathroom that is connected to the bedroom with a jetted tub, separate shower. This bedroom also has a TV, fireplace and AC split unit. There is a terrace and views of the Parroquia from here - great area to enjoy sunset cocktails.


House #2 has 4 bedrooms that connects to House number #1 with 3 bedrooms via a gate and stairs. There is a photo that depicts this separation. I mention this because the house can be rented as a 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom or 7 bedroom home. If you only rent the 3 or 4 bedroom options just know the house will not be rented to another client, but the other house will be blocked. Whatever configuration you choose you will have access to the outdoor sala in House #1 and pool access in House #2. 

House #2 is where the pool is located. There are 4 bedrooms in the house. Each bedroom has ensuite bathrooms. There are fans in the bedrooms and heating resources. The bathrooms have heated floors. The den, dining and kitchen are in an open floor plan - makes it easy to hang out, cook and eat together while looking out to the pool area. There is one bedroom on the entry levely with a Queen bed ensuite bathroom. 

The other three bedrooms are up the stairs each on a half floor with 4th bedroom on the 2nd floor that connects by bridge to House number #1. There is another seating area off this room. Then Bedrooms #2 and #3 both have their own private outdoor seating areas. Bedroom #3 has twins that can convert to a king. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. 

The house is spacious for big groups and can sleep up to 14 people or as little as 6 people. 

Staff: 2 staff members a Cook/Maid and Onsite House Manager (Monday - Friday 8am-5pm; Sat 8am -12pm)

7 Bedrooms - $8000usd per week
3 Bedrooms (House #1) - $3000usd per week
4 Bedrooms (House #2) - $4500usd per week

Extra Costs: Tipping of the staff $100usd per bedroom occupied per week
