Welcome to this spectacular three-bedroom home just a few blocks from the main square. This home is not only beautifully decorated, but the garden spaces and the VIEWS of the Parroquia offer a peaceful oasis right in the center of town. Truly a gem to be discovered.
As you enter the house you walk into the living room and dining room open space concept then proceed up a couple of stairs to the kitchen which leads to a covered outdoor dining area and the garden spaces. Also on this level you will find Bedroom number 1 with an ensuite bathroom and King size bed.
The principal bedroom is on the second level of the main house and is really spacious. There are two Herman Miller lounge chairs that sit at the food of the King size bed where you can enjoy TV (although we do hope you enjoy SMA and not the TV), but it's there if you want it. The ensuite bathroom in this bedroom has a separate shower and bathtub. A great place to relax and unwind after a day of shopping, eating, or however you want to take in San Miguel - we have the relaxing part taken care of.
Also on the second floor is a TV media room with a large sectional sofa. The TV's in the house are smart TVs so you can access your Netflix accounts, etc. From the second level you can take a second set of stairs and from there you can go up to one of the two fabulous rooftop terraces to enjoy the views of San Miguel, and wow does this house have views.
You will find the final third bedroom guest house across the courtyard in its own separate building. This is an ideal area for guests, because this little apartment has a Queen size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, small kitchenette, and its own outdoor seating area with sofa and chairs, as well as its own rooftop terrace. This house is ideal for two couples that want to share a house and have their own spaces.
