Hacienda Santa Ana

Hacienda Santa Ana (HSA) is a 15-minute cab ride from San Miguel de Allende, HSA is a perfect location for relaxing & enjoying the quiet atmosphere in the historic town of Atotonilco, while still near the eclectic City of San Miguel. 3 rental prices: range from $1,200-$2,600/night based on what part of the house you need to accommodate your group size. Property is 100% private to your group. The house features a pool, hot tub, bocce, & pickle ball, staff, and daily breakfast. Private Chef onsite for additional meals on request.

The space
Experience your own private retreat away from life’s distractions, at Hacienda Santa Ana. Around the property, you will find beautiful gardens providing fresh ingredients for our in-house chef, an interactive chicken coop serving fresh eggs for breakfast daily, multiple outdoor lounge areas for intimate conversation or late-night storytelling under the stars, and soothing sounds of running water and beautiful koi fish in the courtyard. Entertain your group in our open concept Pool and dining area where you can enjoy dinner outdoors after a full day soaking up the sun and finish off the evening sipping cocktails in the 20-person hot tub with a view of the open vista.

RENTAL PRICING:

OPTION A: $1,200/night and sleeps up to 8 people. This includes the Main House, Pool Casita, and Yucatan room. The main house includes 2 bedrooms; Principal 1 and Principal 2 up the grand staircase, typically used for the Head of Household each with king beds. The Pool Casita is a two-story house located behind the main house, perfect for a couple or individual wanting more privacy in their King room overlooking the pool. The Yucatan king suite is located at the entrance of the private property.

OPTION B: $1,800/night and sleeps up to 13 people. This includes all of option A, plus the 2 bedrooms in Palm Court, Chiapas and Moroccan. Chiapas Room features a queen bed with a twin day bed trundle, and the Moroccan room has 2 twin beds.

OPTION C: $2,600/night and sleeps up to 21 people. It includes all of options A and B, plus the 2 mirroring Agave Courtyard Apartments, used for full families or individual suites with shared living rooms. This is the Full Estate rental and includes a total of 10 bedrooms available for double occupancy sleeping up to 21 people max.

Each room at HSA is dressed with luxurious Peacock Alley linens, and equipped with a fully stocked Nespresso, full bathroom, and refrigerator access. In addition to the 10 rooms, Hacienda Santa Ana has a grand foyer, an intimate formal living room, an Entertainment room that opens into the pool lounge, a fully functioning gym, and a breathtaking bar lounge.

The property is newly renovated with an event lawn and chapel designed to host up to 150 people, but Parties or events are NOT permitted in private homes unless agreed upon with the agent and will include an additional Event Contract and additional event fees. Please inquire if you want to have an event at the house for the additional pricing. 

Guest access
The Property is private to the renter and we do not rent to separate groups. Your group will have access to the portion of the property booked, excluding the owner's private closet, wine cellar, and Laundry room which is operated by the house staff.
Other things to note

The house includes daily breakfast and cleaning service: Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Extra working hours for staff are not included but can be added for an additional cost. House staff gratuity is based on the number of rooms used at the rate of 20 USD per room/per day. Please see Additional Rules for a more detailed description of inclusions and additions to the rental property.
