Casa Que Canta is a beautiful 3 bedroom home located in colonia Atascadero. When you walk in the front door you have a split staircase that opens into a courtyard. The house has three levels. On the entry or main level, as we will refer to them, you will find the living room and dining room that have an open concept that boasts views of San Miguel as well as the garden and pool area of the house. You will also find the kitchen and two bedrooms on this level. Bedroom number one has a King bed it shares a bathroom with bedroom number two which has twin beds. This is a great floor plan for those wanting at least one bedroom on the main level. The kitchen is equipped with WOLF range and Sub Zero refrigerator. If you like to cook the house has a daily maid who can cook breakfast or lunch - Monday - Friday 9-2 or Saturday 9-12.
If you go down one flight of stairs from the main level you will find the pool, garden, outdoor living room, as well as, bedroom number three. This bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom. The house has a great layout for two couples to share it, because everyone has their own space. The pool and hot tub can be heated. Please ask Premier about heating costs.
When you return back to the main level you can go up another flight up stairs and on this upper level you will find a fabulous sunroom room with fully functional glass wall that has an exceptional view of San Miguel. This level has a powder room and is
perfect for entertaining!
