Nestled between two of San Miguel's most charming streets, Casa Serendipity is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath oasis in the heart of Centro.  The home sits just steps away from fine restaurants,
galleries, and shopping in the very heart of San Miguel.  

Classic Mexican colonial touches like cupolas, arches, stone walls and tile floors, wood beams, fireplaces, and traditional tiles abound in this sophisticated home that blends a new-world aesthetic with old-world touches.

Upon entry through the door of the home, you find yourself in the main stairwell with the cupola ceiling
where you can descend to the first floor and garden or ascend to the entertaining floors.
The first floor has two bedrooms that act as two master Suites, both with gas fireplaces, king beds, and
en-suite bathrooms with traditional Mexican tile. In addition, both suites have a brightly lit office/bonus space
overlooking the garden.

The first floor also includes a powder room that has been repainted to modernize
the color palette. The hall leads to a clean and quaint English-style garden with a small first look at the
Parroquia through the trees.

The third bedroom and 3-piece bathroom are contained within a free-standing casita on the
property, which has a separate private access from the street. Used as an art studio and man cave/bar, this smart
space converts to a bedroom by way of a fold-down queen-size wall bed with tons of extra storage. The
couch also converts from an L-shape to a pull-out style twin bed. It’s a great space for teens or kids or
additional guests to get away. Below this casita, there is a one-car garage that leads up to the garden and is
the perfect size for a crossover size SUV and/or recreational ATV.

The second floor of the main house includes the Sala (living) room with an incredible view of the valley
and a fireplace, a dining room that seats six with an expanding table up to 10 with a beautiful buffet; and
the adjoining kitchen decorated with traditional Mexican ceramic tiles. The gas oven/cooktop is fit for a
chef, and the kitchen has a dishwasher.

Through a small vestibule with a lovely fountain, you will take stairs up to the star of the show. A beautiful
rooftop terrace with great views of this World Heritage city, including the jewel of the city, the Parroquia,
while still feeling nestled by the surrounding trees and beautiful adjacent homes. Soft seating and garden
lights allow you to watch the sunset from below the pergola or catch some rays from the chaise lounges.
It’s a great space to read a book, toast a glass or stargaze.

The house is equipped with UV-filtered water, high-speed internet, cable TV, an alarm system and (1) wired
Sonos speaker and (1) Roam Sonos speaker.

The staff know the house well and will help to make your
stay in San Miguel a wonderful experience.
